This page updated reflects the RF environment after the completion of phase 4 in NYC.
The data in this graph represents the NYC RF environment on February 9th 2020.
The data was collected from three spectrum scans from outside locations in Manhattan, one at Tribeca park near One WTC, the Second near MSG, and the third on the east side near Trump World Tower. You can use these three scans to determine the television stations to avoid in Manhattan dependent on you location.
T-Mobile has begun Band 71 4g testing and evidence can be seen in the the Band 71 B downlink spectra band from 662 - 667 mHz. This is sooner that originally scheduled and we should be prepared to vacate Band B and C as T-Mobile will be fully operating in this bandwidth soon. When the new owners of the remaining Band 71 spectrum begin operation in this bands operation in that spectrum is prohibited. On July 13th, 2020 Band 71 A through G will be Prohibited by all but the new owners.
