As of July 13th, 2020 Band 71 617-653 & 663-698 MHz will be Prohibited by all but the new owners of the spectrum band. There are three areas of the 614-698 that we are still able to use with sone restrictions. They are as follows.

614-616 MHz - Guard Band - Unlicensed and limited to 20mW

653-657 MHz - Duplex Gap - 653-657 requires a part 74 license, & 657-663 is available for unlicensed, both limited to 20 mW transmitter power.


Items of Note:

Channel 21 will begin transmission from the Empire State Building at 200kW I the first quarter of 2023

In Times Square there are many transmitters present in this scan be aware of frequencies that need to be avoided.
